Our company can represent our clients at any office of the state administration on behalf of full powers (either for a specific legal act, or generally authorized).
Professional and effective negotiations with organs of the state administration are documented in a protocol evaluating the outcome of the negotiations from the client´s perspective.
We provide payment management for domestic and foreign companies, as well as for M.E.P.
We elaborate Intrastat statistics of received and dispatched goods and services.
Intrastat is a system of data collection for statistics of trade with goods realized between member states of the European Union. Data pertaining to goods with the status of the European Union, not subject to customs supervision, without the duty of being presented in a declaration to customs organs for effectuation of customs proceedings, are submitted for Intrastat purposes. However, there is no duty to submit data for Intrastat purposes in the case of a person not registered to VAT in the Czech Republic and thus not obliged to file VAT declaration (non-payer of VAT). The duty to submit data for Intrastat purposes pertains to persons registered to or identified with VAT in the Czech Republic and having exceeded the exclusion value threshold regarding the reception and the dispatching, respectively, of goods subject to the duty of submitting data to be included in Intrastat statements. The exclusion threshold is the same for the dispatching and for the reception – CZK 12 million. In the course of each calendar year starting on January 1, each unit which could be subject to the duty of submitting data for Intrastat purposes follows its own figures regarding exceeding of the exclusion threshold independently, separately for the dispatching and for the reception of goods.
